More information on the web

One of the best sources for information are web video's. While it's true you will find both good and bad information watching web video is one of the best ways to stimulate your thinking and growth in Martial Art practice. You can visit our You tube page here - in the future when we do clinics and events we'll post reviews of the material there. There are so many terrific resources we encourage you to go online as often as you can and learn from EVERYONE. We've been using Google services for so many years that you can also see video's we've uploaded from several other accounts. Just click any of the video's on this site and they will take you to the right place.
