When I’m out of shape I don’t feel like working out.

When I’m out of ideas I don’t feel like trying to think.

When my mind is wandering I don’t feel like meditating.

But those are the things I need to do the most.

Go out and buy the highest quality, Under Amour underclothes. Put them on and go through your day. Your behavior will change! You will move with more energy. More confidence. Better eye contact.

All because of something no one else can see.

Martial Arts is worn in a deeper place than even the finest clothing. It's permanent.

Martial Arts is “UNDER - Under Armour”. You can’t buy it. You can’t put it on and take it off. It can only be REVEALED from the inside.

You REVEAL your art by doing incredibly difficult things.

 Many people that practice martial arts in the west wear their accomplishments on the outside of the uniform with belts, patches and colors.

But real martial arts is worn in the heart.

Tim Ferris says it well: “A person’s success in life can usually be measured by the number of difficult conversations [decisions, actions] they are willing to have”.

True Martial Artists are those who are willing to have the difficult conversations. Willing to do the difficult things.

The members of a true Kamiza have taken the hard path. Made the difficult sacrifices. Held the difficult conversations.

The cloth sash can always be removed.

But real rank is eternal. It's not made with cotton or silk. 

Real rank is woven with the threads of the soul.
